Press2go was formed by journalists back in 2005, today we serve customers who are among some of the biggest companies, organisations as well as large parts of the public sectors in the Nordic countries. PRM stands for Public Relations Management. In every job function and in every department there are certain workflows. Newspublicator is our distribution mechanism as well as the domain which our customers distribute their press releases and newsletters from. newspublicator.dk, .se, .no, .fi, and .com are wellknown by all the medias emailservers as well as others who rely on receiving Press Releases from our customers. We strive to protect these domains and also to teach our customers how to target their stories in the most appropriate way, in order to respect the sparse time of journalists and others, who may receive their Press Release.

Press2go PRM is a service used by communication departments in larger scaled corporations, organisations and the public sector, in order to target their press releases to the relevant media and for us to register the correct information. Our intent with this software is to disregard the static press lists, as they typically result in companies sending out press releases to recepients who do not have an interest in them- thereby making it spam.

Press2go PRM comes in a special version for PR agencies. As a PR agency you are able to set up separate accounts for each of your clients in order for the press lists to remain updated. Archive, statistics, dialog and notes are registered for each client, so you are able to keep your various information in the same place.
